Erik Dominguez is a communication and confidence expert with over 25 years of experience teaching thousands of individuals from all walks of life how to speak up for themselves.
As an immigrant who grew up between two cultures and mixed messages, his first-hand familiarity with communication fears fueled him to learn and share the mindsets and tools to be seen and heard. His team-oriented approach is centered around a philosophy that everyone has a unique story. He believes everyone can share their minds and hearts with confidence, power, and — yes — a LOT of fun!
Erik is also a professional member of the National Speakers Association and a Certified Virtual Presenter.

Perette Bonner
Perette is responsible for the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the ABA-Wharton CEO Leadership Program within the Executive Education and CEO Programs group. During her career, Perette has managed the ABA Compliance Schools, ABA’s proprietary simulation products, BankExec and BankSim, the Business of Banking program and various educational programs and international training projects in Romania, Thailand, Jordan, Egypt and Switzerland. Perette came to ABA in 1989, after graduating from York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in engineering management and is a 1997 graduate of the International Banking Summer School held in Cambridge, England. Perette has also completed ABA’s Leadership Program and The Leadership Edge: Strategies for the New Leader, the Global Talent Management program at The Wharton School/Aresty Institute of Executive Education and holds an AMA Certification in Professional Management and Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
